1. Declaration unit

The applicant must be a member of the Association. Non-member organizations can apply for membership at the time of application。Project participants or new technology selection and holding units can be declared separately or jointly。

Local or municipal civil architecture society or branch;Enterprise self-recommendation;Relevant departments, other construction industry studies (associations), etc。

3. Apply for project approval

(1) Declaration conditions

1.Engineering type

Newly started project，Has a certain project scale: the public building project single building area of more than 10,000 square meters，Single building area of residential engineering ≥5000 ㎡，The total construction area of the residential district is more than 30,000 square meters，Municipal infrastructure engineering and industrial project engineering cost ≥10 million yuan。

2.Research and design (subject to engineering) category

Scientific research, institutions, survey, planning, design, supervision, testing, landscape architecture, mapping and other units，In the construction project，Participate in scientific research, technology development, follow-up tests and promotion and application of related professional new technologies independently or collaboratively，Including: the phased research results that can be independently applied and the digestion and absorption of imported technology and equipment to create new application results。

3.The project to carry out the application of new technology can be declared if it meets one of the following conditions

(1) Apply no less than 6 items of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "10 new Technologies in the construction industry", or apply a single new technology in a project with outstanding level, leading level in the province, significant economic and social benefits, and further promotion and application value;

(2) The number of other advanced technologies, materials, processes, products (equipment) that have been successfully promoted and applied and confirmed by relevant departments is not less than 2 and has greater social and economic benefits, and has further promotion and application value;

(3) To achieve or successfully apply new inventions and new technologies with a high level in engineering, and achieve remarkable results in process improvement, quality improvement, and benefit increase。

4.Within five years from the date of the declaration of the project to complete the declaration of all new technology content。

(2) Declaration requirements

1.Application materials

Fill out the Declaration for the Application of New Technology in Civil Construction in Henan Province in duplicate (see Annex 2)。After the commencement of the project, the recommended unit shall review and approve it and submit it to Henan Civil Engineering and Architecture Society。

2.Cut-off time

If the project meets the application conditions, please submit or mail the application materials to the Secretariat of Henan Civil Architecture Society before June 30 each year (the specific address is attached).。

4. Apply for evaluation

(1) Application conditions

1.Demonstration projects that have been included in the project;

2.Complete the new technology application content proposed in the Application Declaration of Henan Civil Construction New Technology Application Demonstration Project;

3.Achieve better social and economic benefits;

4.It plays a positive role in solving the key problems of the development of the construction industry, regions and disciplines, and achieving technological progress and industry development。

1.Evaluation data content

(1) Application for Evaluation of Application Achievements of Henan Civil Construction New Technology Application Demonstration Project, Application Declaration of Henan Civil Construction New Technology Application Demonstration Project and project approval documents;

(2) A summary report on the implementation plan for the promotion and application of new technology for a single project or the construction organization design of the project (related to the application of new technology);

(3) New technology promotion and application comprehensive results report;

(4) Relevant supporting documents: ① proof of project legality (construction project planning permit, notice of acceptance, construction permit, construction contract, etc.);

(2) Certificate of project quality (certificate of quality acceptance of the two subdivisions of the foundation and foundation and the main structure, completion acceptance report or completion acceptance statement of the completed project, etc.), certificate of quality and safety without accident (certificate issued by the reporting unit or quality and safety supervision department);

(3) Benefit certificate (economic benefit certificate and social benefit certificate issued by the relevant unit or the financial department of the unit after approval);

Application certificate (original certificate issued by the construction unit or supervision unit);

(5) Other supporting materials

(5) relevant technical documents (technical standards, patents, construction methods, evaluation of scientific and technological achievements summarized or formed through demonstration projects);

(6) No less than 10 photos of the application of new technologies (reflecting the application of new technologies);

(7) New technology application images (no more than 10 minutes) or PPT files and other relevant documents and materials;

(8) List of main participants of the implementation unit of the new technology application demonstration project。

2.Material format and binding requirements

(1) One set of paper declaration materials, packed with A4 paper glue;

(2) Electronic version (U disk) 1 set of materials, including: folders with the same content as paper materials, image data or PPT report data folders。(The full name of the applicant and the name of the demonstration project must be indicated)

(3) Projects that meet the requirements for evaluation should be submitted or mailed to the Secretariat of Henan Civil Architecture Society before July 31 each year (the specific address is attached)。

5. Evaluation work

In accordance with the "Henan Province Civil Construction New Technology Application Demonstration Project Evaluation Measures (Trial)"

The evaluation includes three stages: preliminary review, expert review and final review。After the preliminary review, after the project meets the evaluation conditions, experts from the expert database are selected to form an expert group for comprehensive evaluation。After the evaluation results are approved by the society, the Henan Civil Architecture Society will publish a document and issue a certificate。The relevant information will be published on the official website of the society and the official wechat account。
